After years of little or broken sleep I made a decision in 2012 to try something new to hopefully complete my sleep routine. I have been on a long path and I have tried many products.Quality
I begun with sleeping pills from the doctor, exercised often, got new bedding and a pillow to suit my sleeping position.
I did make some good improvements with these changes but my sleep was still broken and often unsettled.
I found the SleepDrops range and this has helped reduce the restless nights and has made a noticeable improvement.
I do recommend Sleep Drops for adults. It might not work for everyone (like anything out there) but it works for me. Give it a go... (Posted on 29/09/13)
